help please.

I have a one year old that I am struggling to find good things to feed. Do any of you have suggestions on things to feed these little ones? I know this is my third time around, but I am at a loss :) Thanks.

I'm having the same problem! How is it that we can still forget what they eat? I've been doing a lot of soup for Sadie. (I made some home made Chicken Noodle Soup last week and just cut everything up really tiny for her.) She likes grilled cheese sandwiches, Nutri-grain bars, yogurt and cheese. She likes to suck on the long stick pretzels until they get soft and she can gnaw some off. She also likes little pieces of tortilla, honeydew melon, and cantelope(sp?). Good luck. Let me know if you come up with something that works.

I had a smoothie that had raw spinach, zuccini squah, carrots, apples, strawberries and frozen cherries it....I could not taste the veggies at all......Rylan loved it as well. it was made in a vita mix.
Ry loves olive oil roasted diced and peeled potatoe chuncks ( I bake them at 425 degrees until golden then I broil them for the last 5 min so they are cripsy like fries....) He also likes mac and cheese with broccoli, i put broccoli in the water while it is boiling the noodles...good luck!

im having my own struggles in that department.. poor thing would rather die than eat another piece of cereal thrown on her tray!! :) I steamed up some baby carrots and keep a little bowl of them in the fridge. she seems to like those. and pasta, rice, peas, cheese, yogurt. Nothing you havent heard of before :) Let me know if you discover something brilliant.

love you. my phone should be in the mail today hopefully. i am a tard. talk to you soon!

Thanks so much for your delicious dinner! My family loved it and requested all the recipes...the soup, dressing and especially the yummy dessert! Maybe they could just move in with you guys for a while, because their momma isn't cooking much these days!
Thx again :)

I've discovered carrot/green bean cups. I get them at walmart (i think in the canned veggie isle)and they come in packs like fruit cups do. They are diced and in water so they are already soft and bite size! They don't taste bad either! I'm in the same situation with Hailey. Some days she'll eat well, others nada.

Well, coming from the perpetual Aunt...I say give them Ice Cream and Cake, Cake Cake...oh yes, popsicles and soft candy bars too. If that is not enough info. for your 1 year old sumptuous repasse, I suggest adding soft candy to your ice cream or cake for variety. Love, Aunt JuJu
